High-quality machines from renowned European and international manufacturers bolster our new state-of-the-art greenfield plant.

Worldwide Manufacturing Capability:

We have strategically located plants across India to ensure efficient production and distribution of our tires to more than 130+ countries.

Our state-of-the-art facility at Ambernath is key in our off-highway tire production. Established in 2017, it embodies our vision of becoming a globally benchmarked manufacturer in this segment.

  • Specializes in radial off-highway tires, catering to the specific needs of tractors and other agricultural equipment.
  • A minimum order quantity of 1 tire ensures flexibility for farmers and agricultural businesses of all sizes.
  • The first patent granted in FY 20 underscores our commitment to groundbreaking research and development.
  • OEM approvals from leading brands like TAFE, CNH Industrial, Mahindra, and John Deere demonstrate the trust and quality associated with CEAT tires.
  • Safety and quality excellence: Ambernath boasts a BSC 5-star safety rating, the Sword of Honour for safety practices, the prestigious Deming Grand Award and Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award (FY 24), signifying our unwavering commitment to these crucial aspects.

The Ambernath plant exemplifies CEAT's dedication to continuous improvement. By combining advanced technology with a nationwide production network, we strive to deliver tires that empower tractors to operate at peak efficiency.

Sustainability Goals

We believe in creating products that not only deliver exceptional performance but also contribute to a greener tomorrow. Our commitment extends beyond product development; it encompasses our entire value chain. From sourcing sustainable materials to optimizing our manufacturing processes, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. Our Sustainmax tire, crafted with 81% sustainable materials, is a testament to our dedication to a more sustainable future. By choosing CEAT Specialty, you're not just selecting a product; you're investing in a greener tomorrow.

Expanding VF Tire Offerings

CEAT Specialty is at the forefront of VF technology, offering an expanding range of 'Very High Flexion' tires designed for high-power tractors. These innovative tires operate at lower pressures, significantly reducing soil compaction without compromising load-carrying capacity. By adopting VF technology, farmers can enhance soil health, improve crop yields, and reduce fuel consumption, contributing to a more sustainable agricultural ecosystem.

Our state-of-the-art Testing Centers, Institutional and Field Testing protocols ensure that only the highest quality tires partner with you on the field. Our focus on quality is built on 3 pillars of technology:

Material Focus

Equipped with one-of-a-kind machinery, our R&D material development lab pushes the boundaries of tire technology, resulting in smarter and safer solutions. Working with world-class institutions on advanced material technology, our material development team helps engineer:

Materials that are environment-friendly promote low heat build-up and high mileage

Simulation Focus

Powerful digital tools combined with data analytics enable us to design and develop tires that are not only high-performing but also more sustainable from the very beginning.

We use advanced simulation techniques, like FEA, in the design cycle to aid material modelling. These techniques help us study the effect of characteristics like load, inflation pressure, friction, tire profile, construction and performance of the tire, such as:

Ensure all employees know their roles and responsibilities to fulfil and sustain our OH&S and Environment Management System and Policies

Strive to create safe products for their intended use while conserving energy, water, and materials. This includes preventing pollution throughout the product life cycle, which comprises design, manufacture, use, and end-of-life management

Design, manage and operate our facility to maximize safety, promote energy efficiency and protect the environment

Provide adequate resources to support our OH&S and environment safety initiatives

Ensure focus on pollution prevention, waste minimization and optimal use of natural resources

Assess the competence of individuals in OH&S and the environment during recruitment and career advancement

Encourage environmental protection among suppliers and contractors

Continuously monitor and improve our EHS performance through established policies and procedures

Quality Assurance System

CEAT's Quality Assurance System is based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and in-house QBM standards. These standards cover all prevalent quality tools to ensure the 'First Time Right' (FTR) principles in processes and products.

This commitment to quality also encompasses occupational health and safety (OH&S). We adhere to the principles of ISO 45001:2018, an international standard that specifies requirements for an OH&S management system. This framework helps us proactively identify and manage risks, fostering a safe work environment for our employees.

The CEAT Plants Are Certified For

ISO 45001:2018

IATF16949: 2016

ISO 9001 : 2015

ISO 14001 : 2015
