No matter where we operate, from farms, or mines to ports and construction, our tyres are made to deliver on strength, durability and performance.

Understanding the needs of the users, the terrain they work on, and the economics of their industry – are vital to creating a tyre that works, both for and with them, raising levels of efficiency and productivity.

Driven by the core technologies of tyre design, engineering, material development and process engineering, we deliver tyres that increase the efficiency of the vehicles and the people they work with, while being gentle enough to protect the crop.

High-quality machines from renowned European and international manufacturers bolster our new state-of-the-art greenfield plant.

Worldwide Manufacturing Capability:

We have strategically located plants across India to ensure efficient production and distribution of our tyres to more than 130+ countries.

Our state-of-the-art facility at Ambernath is key in our off-highway tyre production. Established in 2017, it embodies our vision of becoming a globally benchmarked manufacturer in this segment.

  • Specializes in radial off-highway tyres, catering to the specific needs of tractors and other agricultural equipment.
  • A minimum order quantity of 1 tyre ensures flexibility for farmers and agricultural businesses of all sizes.
  • The first patent granted in FY 20 underscores our commitment to groundbreaking research and development.
  • OEM approvals from leading brands like TAFE, CNH Industrial, Mahindra, and John Deere demonstrate the trust and quality associated with CEAT tyres.
  • Safety and quality excellence: Ambernath boasts a BSC 5-star safety rating, the Sword of Honour for safety practices, the prestigious Deming Grand Award and Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award (FY 24), signifying our unwavering commitment to these crucial aspects.

The Ambernath plant exemplifies CEAT's dedication to continuous improvement. By combining advanced technology with a nationwide production network, we strive to deliver tyres that empower tractors to operate at peak efficiency.

Sustainability Goals

We believe in creating products that not only deliver exceptional performance but also contribute to a greener tomorrow. Our commitment extends beyond product development; it encompasses our entire value chain. From sourcing sustainable materials to optimizing our manufacturing processes, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. Our Sustainmax tyre, crafted with 81% sustainable materials, is a testament to our dedication to a more sustainable future. By choosing CEAT Specialty, you're not just selecting a product; you're investing in a greener tomorrow.

Expanding VF Tyre Offerings

CEAT Specialty is at the forefront of VF technology, offering an expanding range of 'Very High Flexion' tyres designed for high-power tractors. These innovative tyres operate at lower pressures, significantly reducing soil compaction without compromising load-carrying capacity. By adopting VF technology, farmers can enhance soil health, improve crop yields, and reduce fuel consumption, contributing to a more sustainable agricultural ecosystem.

Our state-of-the-art Testing Centres, Institutional and Field Testing protocols ensure that only the highest quality tyres partner with you on the field. Our focus on quality is built on 3 pillars of technology:

Material Focus

Working with world-class institutions on advanced material technology, our material development team helps engineer:

Materials that are environment-friendly, promote low heat build-up and high mileage

New reinforcing materials and steel wires to suit different applications

img

Application-specific compounds that maximise tyre performance

Simulation Focus

To aid material modelling, advanced simulation techniques like FEA ensure optimal performance as early as possible in the design cycle.

These techniques help us study the effect of load, inflation pressure, friction, tyre profile and construction etc. on the characteristics and performance of the tyre such as:
